At American Top Team Palm Beach Gardens (ATTPBG), we’re more than just a gym—we’re a second home for many of our members. Whether you’re here for fitness, personal growth, or competition, each day on our mats is built around discipline, progress, and community.

A typical day starts early, with 10 AM classes for our early risers. You’ll see driven adults drilling Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sharpening their stand-up in striking, or hitting conditioning circuits to get stronger and leaner. Later in the morning and early afternoon, private sessions and fighter training fill the space.

By late afternoon, the atmosphere shifts. Our Little Champions and Junior Champions bring energy and excitement, learning martial arts in a safe and structured way. Parents chat while watching their kids grow more confident with each class.

Evenings are high-energy: Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ classes pack the gym with students of all backgrounds—from total beginners to competitive athletes.

Everyone who walks through our doors is treated with respect, support, and encouragement. You’re not just a number here—you’re part of the family.

Experience it for yourself. Call (561) 383-3383, email contact@attpbg.com, or schedule your free trial class today.

Confidence doesn’t come from trophies, it comes from effort, progress, and a sense of accomplishment. At American Top Team Palm Beach Gardens, we see this confidence take root in our youngest students and grow stronger with each class.

Martial arts come in many forms, and if you’re new to striking, you might wonder: what’s the difference between Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA?

Wrestling is one of the most important components of MMA—and at American Top Team in Palm Beach Gardens, we believe every fighter, no matter their base, should train wrestling at least once a week.
