Wrestling is one of the most important components of MMA—and at American Top Team in Palm Beach Gardens, we believe every fighter, no matter their base, should train wrestling at least once a week.

Wrestling sharpens your ability to control where the fight takes place. It also builds insane cardio. Even one day a week of wrestling can dramatically improve your ability to dictate pace and position in MMA or grappling.

Our wrestling classes are taught by Olympian coaches and open to students of all levels. You’ll learn single-leg and double-leg takedowns, clinchling, scrambles, and more.

After a fight or tournament, your body and mind need time to recover—and your training plan should reflect that. At ATTPBG, we help students process their performances and come back stronger.

If your child isn’t clicking with traditional sports like soccer or baseball, martial arts (especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) might be the answer.
